NOWATCH pairs with one mobile device at a time. To pair your NOWATCH with a new mobile device, you must reset it first. Depending on your situation, you can reset your NOWATCH in-app or manually.
In-App Reset:
If your NOWATCH is still connected to your old mobile device and you have not uninstalled the NOWATCH app, you can reset your NOWATCH in-app.
Manual Reset:
If you have uninstalled the app from your old device, you need to reset your NOWATCH manually.
