Reboot & Factory Reset
Sometimes, a reset can help resolve issues with your NOWATCH. You can Reboot the device by turning it off and on, or perform a Factory Reset which restores the default settings.
Reboot
A Reboot can help if you're experiencing:
Pairing issues after meeting all pairing requirements.
Weak or no vibrations
A reboot or reset loop that continues until the battery runs out.
Factory Reset
A Factory Reset is recommended if:
Pairing issues continue after a reboot.
You're setting up your NOWATCH on a new mobile device— in this case, a factory reset is necessary.
Rebooting or resetting may help if the LED sensors aren’t lighting up, but only as a last resort after ensuring the device is fully charged, worn correctly, connected to the app, and running the latest app and firmware.
