Reboot & Factory Reset
Sometimes, it's necessary to perform a reset on your NOWATCH device. There are two types of resets: a Reboot and a Factory Reset.
A Reboot can be useful for:
Troubles with pairing.
Checking if the device is out of battery (i.e.; it will not vibrate).
Sensors not turning on.
A Factory Reset is needed when:
You want to pair your NOWATCH with another mobile device.
As a last resort in troubleshooting an issue, as recommended by Customer Care.
