What is Watch Hand Alignment
Hand alignment, or time calibration, means making sure the physical watch hands match the exact time on your phone.
This only applies to the NOWATCH B.
On health trackers, the hands don’t automatically know where to point; they need to learn what “12 o’clock” (noon) looks like first. Calibration teaches the watch this starting position so it can show the right time and stay in sync with your phone.
