iOS Sleep Tracking Bug
Following this week’s app release (week of August 4th), we've identified a sleep tracking issue affecting iOS users:
If the NOWATCH app stays open in the background overnight, your sleep may not be recorded.
✅ Workaround
Before going to bed, fully close the NOWATCH app. Your sleep will still be tracked.
In the morning, open the app and let it sync. After a few seconds, your sleep data should then appear in the Overview tab as usual.
