Intentions Feature

The Intentions tab offers short, actionable exercises that require no equipment and can be done anywhere.

We have expanded the collection to include 4 intentions, each allowing you to select a soundscape to enhance your experience and support your desired state of mind. Discover them below:

  1. Return to Calm: Use these sessions to find immediate relief from stress or to sustain your existing sense of calm.

  2. Harness Stress: These sessions are meant to help you shift from distress to engagement.

  3. Boost Energy: Take advantage of these sessions if you feel stuck or not moving forward.

  4. Feel Positive: Use these sessions to reframe your mindset from negative to positive.

Within each intention you can find three different types of sessions:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A practical, science-backed method for improving emotional health. It encourages healthier ways of thinking, boosting the ability to manage stress and emotions.

  • Breath: Breathing exercises, including resonance breathing and 1:2 breathing, that directly impact your autonomic nervous system, helping you regulate how you feel.

  • Unguided or open session: This feature allows you to observe real-time changes in your HRV, offering valuable insights into how different activities impact your well-being.
