Intentions Feature

The Intentions feature is only available for iOS devices for now.

It features short, actionable exercises that require no equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere.

We offer four types of intentions, each designed to support your desired state of mind. Every intention includes a soundscape to enhance the experience. Explore them below:

  1. Return to Calm: These guided sessions help you find immediate relief from stress or sustain your existing sense of calm.

  2. Harness Stress: These guided sessions are meant to help you shift from distress to engagement.

  3. Boost Energy: These guided sessions are helpful if you feel stuck or not moving forward.

  4. Feel Positive: These guided sessions are recommended to reframe your mindset from negative to positive.

Within each intention you can find three different types of sessions:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A practical, science-backed method for improving emotional health. It encourages healthier ways of thinking, boosting the ability to manage stress and emotions.

  • Breath: Breathing exercises, including resonance breathing and 1:2 breathing, that directly impact your autonomic nervous system, helping you regulate how you feel.

  • Unguided or open sessions: This feature allows you to observe real-time changes in your HRV, offering valuable insights into how different activities impact your well-being.

A detailed report is generated after each session, showing key health metrics like Stress Gauge, Heart Rate, and HRV — both before and after the session. This helps you understand how your body responded as a result of the activity.

All completed sessions are saved at the bottom of the screen under Recent Sessions.
