NOWATCH Usage Guide for Optimal Results
To keep your device running smoothly and ensure accurate tracking, follow the suggestions outlined below:
Ensure a Proper Fit
For the most accurate data, your NOWATCH should fit snugly on your wrist with the crown pointing towards the 8 o’clock position. This ensures that the sensors maintain good contact with your skin, giving you the best possible data insights.
Charge your NOWATCH regularly
For optimal performance, we recommend charging your NOWATCH every 4 days and avoiding letting the battery drop below 20% too often. Keeping your watch charged ensures consistent data tracking and helps maintain the device's longevity.
Keep Your Firmware and App Updated
To make sure your NOWATCH functions at its best, always keep your firmware and app up-to-date. Regular updates help enhance performance and introduce new features.

Sync Your Data Daily
Open the NOWATCH app at least once a day to sync your data. Make sure your watch is connected to your phone and the app. If you experience frequent data gaps, it’s a good idea to keep the app open in the background.
When the app is opened in the background syncing takes about 5 minutes to fully transfer your data from the NOWATCH to your phone.
If the app is closed or swiped away, the syncing process has to restart, causing delays. By keeping the app open in the background, you allow the sync to continue uninterrupted, ensuring your data is updated faster and more reliably.
