Check-in Feature

The Check-in feature helps you build interoceptive awareness, that is your ability to recognise your body’s cues, and helps improve emotion regulation. It encourages regular self-evaluation throughout the day, helping you become more aware of your emotions. 

Why do Check-ins matter?

Regular check-ins help you identify patterns and build awareness of your stress triggers, empowering you to take proactive steps toward well-being.

Vibrations are a key part of the feature. They make it easy to build the Check-in habit into your routine.

  • Random Vibrations throughout the day.

  • Prolonged Stress Vibrations: These are body cues to help you recognise when you’ve been under sustained stress for 5 minutes or longer. This can help you reconnect with your body and regulate in the moment. 

Both settings can be enabled simultaneously, helping you build the habit of self-awareness.
