We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and you may wish to return it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
We strive to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our customers. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team who will provide you with a return shipping label.
When returning your product, please ensure that it is shipped in its original NOWATCH packaging and that the shipping label is completely visible.

Picked up. A DHL Express pick-up can be scheduled here, or
Drop off your package at the nearest DHL Express Service point.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange your item as per your request. We aim to process all refunds within 2 business days.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
